Cape Wrath Ltd is an operational vehicle for Dublin based private equity fund Brehon Capital which confirmed earlier this month that it had bought the Citywest Hotel Complex for an estimated 29m. Mr Cole told Mr Justice Max Barrett that the case involved allegations of trespass and damage at the complex where, in particular, some areas had been occupied with containers, caravans and vehicles.
